| Oracle Financial Analyst |

We have an excellent opportunity in our Information Technology division at our Dayton, OH location. As a Senior Financial Applications Developer (Oracle Financials Functional Specialist) , this individual's responsibilities include:
This role is focused on the enhancement and on-going support of the Oracle Financials Application modules and associated interfaces and enhancements. This role requires a high degree of business and technical collaboration to arrive at solutions that both satisfy the needs of senior financial management and end-users and are cost-beneficial within the overall framework of information and technical architecture.
The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum qualifications:
Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
1. At least two years of functional experience in of Oracle Financials: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Oracle Project Accounting, Fixed Assets and Oracle Purchasing.
2. Experience with Oracle workflow configuration.
3. Experience with Oracle AIM or other project methodologies.
4. Demonstrated ability in business process mapping, Gap analysis and user training.
5. At least one full lifecycle Oracle Financials 11i implementation experience.
6. Functional experience in integrating Legacy systems with Oracle Financials.
7. Excellent Leadership and communication skills.
8. Ability to work efficiently with Business users and technical developers.
9. (2) years combined experience supporting/enhancing the Oracle Financial Applications Suite within the most recent four-year period.
10. (3) years experience identifying, organizing and completing enhancements to the Oracle Financials Applications Suite within the most recent two-year period.
11. (3) years experience supporting/enhancing the Oracle eBusiness Applications Suite, Release 11i, including the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Oracle Projects modules within the most recent two-year period.
12. (3) years of development experience within the Oracle Financials Applications Suite using SQL, PL/SQL and PL/SQL Subprograms within the most recent two-year period. Candidate is expected to have a good understanding of software development life cycle and source control systems.
13. (3) years of development experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, PRO*C and database performance tuning.
14. (3) years of development experience with J2EE, JDBC, EJB, JSPs, Servlets, HTML, Javascript.
15. (2) years of development experience using Oracle technology like OA Framework, ADF preferably associated with Oracle Financials. Hands on skills with Oracle jDeveloper or similar tools.
16. (1) year of experience in configuring Create!Form.
17. (3) years of experience using Standard Oracle Financial Applications Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to support interfaces to one or more Oracle Financials Applications modules.
GENERAL PREFERENCES
**One or more years experience supporting/enhancing the Oracle eBusiness Applications Suite, Release 11i Cash Management (including Auto LockBox), iExpense and/or iReceivables modules.
**One or more years experience as an Oracle Applications Administrator.
**Completion of one or more formal end to end implementations of the Oracle Financials Applications or Oracle eBusiness Financials Suite working as either a project team lead or project manager.
**One or more years experience as an Oracle Applications DBA and/or Oracle Database Administrator.
**One or more years experience supporting/enhancing Oracle Daily Business [Financials] Intelligence. Good understanding of other business intelligence products such as business objects is highly preferred.
**One or more years experience as an analyst or manager in either a Corporate Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function of a medium- to large-sized company.
**One or more years experience of project management or team lead experience managing enhancements to the Oracle Financials Applications or Oracle eBusiness Financials Suite.
